Forgiveness - 續

Q: I know it feels good to forgive, but sometimes feeling good isn't enough reason for me to want to forgive someone. So why forgive?

J-R: It's really important to realize that the attitude you hold is the attitude that brings to you what's present in your life. If things in your life are not coming down the way you want them to, change your attitude.

問﹕我知道原諒讓人感覺良好,不過有些時候,原諒別人的良好感覺不足以讓我去原諒一些人,那為什麼我還要去原諒他們呢?

答﹕你要明白你持有什麼樣的態度,就帶給你什麼樣的人生。如果你覺得人生不如你所想的,就先改變你的態度吧!

Q: Why do people say to forgive and forget?

J-R: You don't get forgiveness until you forget what it is that is blocking you. A lot of things we choose to keep remembering keep us stuck here on earth. Another option is for us to stay in a state of forgiveness, which is a state of grace.

問﹕為什麼人們總就『原諒及忘記』?

答﹕你要忘記那些阻礙你的時,你才能原諒別人。我們選擇記住的東西,有很多都在阻礙著你。你可以選擇原諒,而原諒讓你有慈悲、恩典的心境。
